Description:
Leaders of a mission team to Honduras spend a significant amount of time answering questions that have been previously addressed, taking away from their preparation time. I created a course to increase learner engagement and reduce the time the leaders spend answering questions, allowing them to focus more on preparation. This project definition report was the first step in creating that course.
Skills Developed:
Through this project, I gained project management and instructional development skills. I also benefited from feedback that allowed me to identify my strengths and weaknesses moving forward as an instructional designer.

This instructional design plan lays out the steps in creating the full learning experience for team members participating in a mission trip to Honduras. From the plan, the stakeholders can get an idea of what is being presented in the course, and what they would like to change.

Through this project, I developed design and development skills, as well as project management skills. I gained a greater understanding of the design process used in instructional design.
